Unwritten was launched on 18 July 2006. The items featured in this first edition were collected during spring and early summer in Stockwell. Many were published bilingually to reflect the large Portuguese speaking community living in this area.

Copies of Unwritten were available free at Lambeth libraries and various local centres.
